Trivia Nationals Code of Conduct & Anti-Harassment Policy

Trivia Nationals is committed to a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone. All attendees, participants, staff, and guests are expected to treat each other with kindness and professionalism—whether competing, spectating, volunteering, or socializing.

Expected Behavior

  • Be respectful and courteous to others
  • Follow staff and hotel rules
  • Compete fairly and act with integrity

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
  • Unwelcome physical contact or sexual advances
  • Bullying, stalking, or intimidation
  • Disruptive, aggressive, or intoxicated behavior
  • Cheating or violating game rules

Reporting Issues

If you see or experience a problem:

  • Report to any event staff (wearing official badges)
  • Visit the Registration desk
  • Email info@trivianationals.org
  • All reports are confidential and will be taken seriously

 

Consequences

Violations may result in:

  • Warnings or removal from the event
  • Loss of badge without refund
  • Notification of hotel security or law enforcement
  • Bans from future events
