We're Back in Las Vegas!

New Orleans was amazing, but we'll return to Las Vegas in 2026. If you loved the Louisiana heat but hated the humidity, you are going to be in heaven.

The venue for the weekend will be South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa, just south of our old home at The Trop. Three full days of trivia competitions, social events, and the most dedicated quiz community in the country.

Jeopardy! at Trivia Nationals 2026

Members of the Jeopardy! team will be on hand to answer questions about the contestant journey and offer a mini contestant test from 1-4pm on Saturday.

Are you an aspiring contestant or a hardcore fan?
Trivia Nationals is the premier gathering place for past, present, and future game show champions. Dozens of former Jeopardy! champions, multi-game streaks, and Tournament of Champions finalists are part of our community. Come practice your buzzer timing, test your deep-archive knowledge, and get real-world advice from the people who have actually walked out onto that stage.

What’s this all about?

Choose Your Own Adventure

You don't just sit and watch. This is a fully interactive convention. From Friday afternoon to Sunday night, multiple rooms host different styles of trivia simultaneously. You can play in everything, pick and choose your favorite genres, or just hang out and watch the finals.

Formats for Every Style

We feature everything from team-style pub quizzes and old school bees to Jeopardy! style buzzer games. If you like online quiz league formats, word puzzles, music bingo, game shows like Password, or straight up tough quizzes, we have it for you.

Find Your Skill Level

Don't be intimidated by the "Nationals" title. While the best players in the country are here, our events are designed with multi-tier scoring, team pairings, and casual social games so beginners and experts alike have a blast.

Good Things To Know

What if I don’t know anyone or don’t have a team for the team events?

No worries at all — Trivia Nationals is designed to be friendly and inclusive, especially for solo attendees and first-timers. Friday night kicks off with a series of events created to help people mix, mingle, and make new connections. These games allow team rotations, so you’ll meet a dozen or more new people right from the start, making the rest of the weekend more familiar and fun.

Throughout the weekend, team events like Quiz Bowl and the BP Titans Pop Culture Quiz Bowl are great opportunities to bond with others. You can sign up for team events as an individual — we’ll match you with a team. If you already have a partial team (e.g., two out of three members), we’re happy to fill in the rest.

Looking to split a hotel room? Feel free to post in the TN Facebook group to find a roommate. Please note, we don’t match roommates or vet posts, so this will be up to you to coordinate.

If you’re attending your first trivia convention, volunteering can also be a great way to get involved. You can help as a reader or scorekeeper for Quiz Bowl or 5 x 5, and still play in other events. Interested? Email info@trivianationals.org with VOLUNTEER in the subject line.

What if I’m new to trivia or just want to play casually?

You’re in good company! Many attendees are here for the fun, not the trophies. If you’re a casual player or just exploring the trivia world, there are plenty of events that are lighthearted and social.

Check out fun-focused games like Solve That Puzzle (a mashup of Wheel of Fortune and Press Your Luck), the Trivia Spelling Bee, the Game Show Marathon. For those curious about competitive formats, there are friendly intros through games like QUiP, Connections OQL, OQL USA, and the Crossword Challenge.

Are all the events in one location?

Yes — all official events are held in the convention space at the South Point Hotel Casino & Spa which is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant. If you have any accessibility concerns or accommodation requests, please reach out to info@trivianationals.org with ACCESSIBILITY in the subject line. We’re happy to help.

What’s included in my registration fee?

Your registration includes:

Entry and materials for all official events
A seat at the Saturday dinner banquet

Please note: Trivia Nationals is a volunteer-run event. Some volunteers receive discounted registration in appreciation of their time and effort.

What are the event hours each day?

Friday: Registration begins at noon, and events will be running all day.
Saturday: Events begin at 8:00 am
Sunday: Events begin at 8:30 am

Official programming wraps up around midnight...but night owls may continue to play the Jeopardy simulators, Game Show Marathon, or various other games well into the early morning hours.

All medal events conclude Sunday before the 6PM Awards Banquet.
You could quiz all day if you want — but we recommend building in time for meals, rest, and enjoying the city. Pace yourself and have fun!
